LOS ANGELES – February 22, 2007 – here!, America's premium gay and lesbian television network, is pleased to announce that Jonathon Aubry has been promoted to Director, Corporate and Marketing Communications. In his new position Aubry, formerly Manager of Corporate and Marketing Communications, will continue to report to Stephen Macias, here!'s Senior Vice President of Corporate and Marketing Communications.

Prior to joining here! in the spring of 2005, Aubry worked as the Director of Development at Outfest, the largest and oldest film festival in Los Angeles. While at Outfest, he significantly increased revenue through building strategic partnerships with several corporate partners including AVIS, HBO, Absolut, AT&T, Volkswagen, Motorola, Orbitz, and Kodak. Aubry joined Outfest from LPI Media, where he served as Advertising Manager and was responsible for the development and substantial growth of the liquor, entertainment, and automotive categories for Out and The Advocate magazines.

In his new position as Director of Corporate and Marketing Communications, Aubry will manage all corporate communications and talent relations for here! as well oversee unit publicity efforts for all here! original productions. In his role, Aubry will also be responsible for strategizing and executing integrated, multi-platform marketing initiatives for all of here!'s original films, series, and specials. In addition, Aubry will also oversee the development and execution of branded entertainment initiatives including product integration and broadcast sponsorships with a focus on maximizing current PR and marketing objectives across all here! platforms.

A native of Toledo, OH, Aubry received his BA from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, with a double major in English and Film Studies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
