Frank, at the insistence of his psychotherapist boyfriend, is writing an expose on the controversial therapist, Dr. Aspey who claims to be able to convert gays to straight. Dr. Aspey, however, surprises Frank with what seem to be valid claims. Soon Frank begins to believe that Aspey can convert him, which puts quite a strain on his relationship with his boyfriend. What follows is a tortured tug of war between the therapists who both believe they can control Frank's orientation.
