The worlds of Sofia’s three daughters are rocked when she announces that she has recently fallen in love with a fellow pianist, who also happens to be a much younger woman. Each daughter reacts to the news of their mother’s recent foray into a lesbian affair in different ways. Gimena fears how her husband and child will react. Sol, the youngest and most-spirited writes a rock song which she performs live. Elvira, however, is nearly pushed to a nervous breakdown by the news. The girls’ botched plans to separate their mother and her new girlfriend lead to a surprise ending.
